I am Vương Phạm, an engineer who builds software from problems I have met on construction projects and in everyday work.

My background is sixteen years of construction and engineering work across industrial, warehouse, high-rise, residential, hospitality and infrastructure projects, in roles from site engineering to construction and project management.

That work showed me that most project losses are visibility failures: measurements that lag behind the work and figures nobody can trace. VPbuild and Construction Tools come directly from that experience. MộcPDF, Sóc Vọng and enterprise work apply the same method to other problems.
